The Organizing Committee, on behalf of the Institute of Value Management Australia, extends a warm invitation to you and your colleagues to attend the conference to be held in Hobart, Tasmania, on the 29th and 30th of August 2002. This is the first time the conference has been held in Hobart and promises to be the major event of the 2002 calendar. The theme, "A Balanced Scorecard - putting the focus on people values in decision making", examines some of the principal issues surrounding effective community involvement in decision making.
